Representing Creditors in Bankruptcy Proceedings

At Warner Law in Minneapolis, we represent both unsecured and secured creditors in federal bankruptcy court with the filing and enforcement of proofs of claim and navigating the claims administration process. We appear at the debtor’s first appearance (Section 341 hearings), get permission to conduct Rule 2004 debtor's exams and commence adversary proceedings to deny the debtor’s discharge under Section 523 or 727. We also assist creditors by prosecuting lift-stay motions to obtain the recovery of collateral. We also defend against trustee actions alleging preferential payments or transfers.
